My name is Amanda Pilipchuk and I have been a teacher in Alberta since 2010. I have taught my entire career at Archbishop Jordan Catholic High School within the Elk Island Catholic School Division. My major is Biological Sciences and my minor is Drama. I have spent most of my career teaching Biology 20, Biology 30, Science 10, Outdoor Education 9 and Outdoor Education 30. I am also teaching a brand new Animal Sciences (zoology) course at the grade 9 level. I received my Masters in Educational Leadership from the U of A in 2016 and have been an active mentor teacher throughout my entire career.
